It is not a strict class. We meet at a park or a spot in the city. We warm up together. Then, we share ideas and try new jumps. It is a great way to make friends and learn from each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jams are free and open to all adults. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a pro.
