What is Parkour?
Parkour is the art of moving. You look at the world differently. A wall is not a block; it is something to climb. A rail is something to balance on. You run, jump, climb, and swing to get from one place to another.
Why Parkour for Adults?
Many people think parkour is only for young kids or extreme athletes. That is not true! Parkour is amazing for the adult body and mind.

It builds a strong and healthy body. You use muscles you forgot you had.
Think Fast
It helps you solve problems. You have to think about how to cross a gap safely.
Beat Fear
We all have fears. Parkour teaches you how to take small, safe steps to beat those fears.
Have Fun
It is a fun way to play and relieve stress after work.
We focus on safe steps. We do not do crazy flips off roofs. We build strength from the ground up for a long, healthy life.
