Behind the Movement
We’re not here to build muscle. We’re here to build freedom.
Flow Legends is a parkour community built for adults who want to move, jump, and feel strong! Even if they’ve never done parkour before. We’re based in Taichung City, but our real home is wherever movement happens: parks, walls, rails, and rooftops.
We teach real-world skills, with real care. No egos. No pressure. Just movement that makes you feel alive.

Our Mission
To help adults rediscover movement with confidence, fun, and flow. Whether it’s your first vault or your hundredth, we guide you at your pace and help you grow stronger with every step.
Our Vision
We believe movement is freedom. Our dream is to build a city full of confident adults who move boldly and live fully, one jump at a time.
